Like emily sears I'm not quite sure about the life changing aspect, but I can say that these albums had something to do with becoming who I am...
I cannot possibly begin to guess how many times I played this record between the ages of 3 and 6. Thousands. Millions. And you know what? It's alright to cry. Cryin' gets the sad out of you.
I can still do the time-warp. This film corrupted me at the tender age of twelve, circa 1983.
The Smiths made the 9th grade tolerable.
This record was the soundtrack to some of the most interesting and scary times of my adult life.
