On whom do you have your most embarrassing/scariest crush?

This is not strange at all, apart from the fact that I'm straight and under 40....
Who is your favorite game show host of all time?
Bob Barker. He kept me company on sick days, taught me the price of detergent, and fought for animal rights. A good man.
What's the worst thing that could happen to you today? Bonus question: How would that thing potentially benefit you?
This is such a fucking weird question. I have a very vivid imagination, and I can concoct any number of potential personal tragedies, the worst of which would end with me not quite dead but in horrible agony with no hope of recovery. How could that benefit me? Hmm. There's the convenience of the catheter?
I think a better question is: what's the best thing that is likely to happen to me today? Bowling over 100 would be good enough for me. A strike or two would be sweet.

What is your daily commute like? What is the weirdest thing you've seen on that commute?
Submitted by E.
I walk to work, about two-thirds of a mile each way, downhill in the morning, uphill in the evening. Between my home and my office is Broadway, one of Seattle's more "colorful" shopping districts, so I almost always see something weird, but I barely notice any more. There's this one guy who I see around...he has a non-stop, loud monologue going on at all times, usually about how he's not gay, but he was with a man once. It's audible from blocks away, and I try to get close enough to pick up semi-coherent fragments without interacting. Once I got a bit too close and he tried to give me me his used band-aid. "Take my band-aid," he said to me, "and give it to the doctor." I didn't take it.
And then there was this one day, across the street from my building:
What's your musical horoscope? (Put your player on shuffle and write down the first 10 songs that come up.)
- Aphex Twin: Yellow Calx
- Jamie Liddell: A Little Bit More
- Blondie: Kung Fu Girls
- The Fall-Outs: What Does That Make You?
- Clinic: Anne
- Out Hud: The Song So Good They Named It Thrice
- Cocorosie: Noah's Ark
- Sufjan Stevens: What Child is This Anyway?
- The Beatles: Good Morning Good Morning
- The Undertones: Beautiful Friend
I'll write something fer real soon, meanwhile entertain yourself by trying to glean meaning from my "musical horoscope"... I certainly can't.
