kate moss: iconic and flexible
I'm sure you've heard that artist Marc Quinn unveiled his gold statue of Kate Moss at The British Museum.
She is captured doing a relatively advanced yoga pose. Albeit strangely charming (and kinda gay), this display of opulence, fame, and flexibility strikes me as sending a message rather loudly: Women should be very skinny and bendy, and when they are we cast them in gold as the iconic representation of contemporary woman. And also, there is no better way to spend THIS much money than, well... this. Hm.
